Dalton was my Budtender. He was pleasant, very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I appreciate how efficient and swift he was when helping me. I will be returning. Also a shout out to your door tender she was very pleasant. Top Notch Staff in Jeff city location. – Anika Downing

First let me say that the employees at this store are amazing. I can’t imagine the things they have to put up with. Coming from a customer, I am done putting up with this place. I had been a customer for over three years. It used to be great. Now it seems they are doing everything they can to drive customers elsewhere. From the parking lot being a mess for over a year to scamming on discounts to ending credit transactions. The final straw was a stupid t-shirt I bought and was told if I show it to employees I will receive a $4.20 discount each time with NO EXPIRATION. After a few months they stopped allowing the t-shirt discount with other promotions. Now today I find out they are no longer offering the discount at all. That was the only reason I was still shopping at that store. The employee at the window was very apologetic even though it wasn’t their fault. She still got a good tip but it was the last dime I’ll spend at a Shangri-La store. – Angela Kratz

Kiyla is beyond professional and educated in her field of work. She has guided my lady and I through many a transaction and never fails to supply us with the best product at the best price. Love u guys. My ONLY complaint in years with u guys,is every month u have a good product on sale,u never have the product available….. Like this month,Local.. I bought one,it’s in the pic. Other illicit,which is ok. It’s no proper,Headchange,Local ,it’s ok. I would literally buy 300,400$ s of local on sale this month…. at 50$….. But will never pay 70$ s for one gram of anything.. I live for sales! I spend to much $$$$$ . Other than that,best dispensary around….Great ppl.. Hopefully to see Local concentrates soon. – TK Kuster

Taylor was awesome today!! I come here pretty regularly and have always had phenomenal experience with the staff. They’re super informed and patient and kind. Great place!!!! Updating my review but still keeping 5 stars because I had another awesome experience with manager Taylor today! We had an honest mix-up and he was ON IT.
