I had the opportunity to meet Jillian, the Regional Manager, and she was outstanding. Extremely professional and incredibly knowledgeable—especially when it comes to terpenes and how they affect your experience. She took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, and made it clear that if I ever had an effect I didn’t like, I could come back and she’d help guide me toward better options. That level of care and support means a lot, especially when you’re navigating medical marijuana for recovery.
