I just got finished shopping here for the first time.Jache was a very professional knowledgeable and pleasure to do business with will be coming back , just visited Nar Dispensary again and I must say They’re batting 1000 with me today I was served by bread tender Ivan help me find the product I was looking for in a matter of seconds and then was able to help me obtain a tool of the trade that I was not expecting to be able to afford I didn’t want above and beyond Performed Self inside this season to have a complete stranger out and that’s what life’s about much like Ivan. I've been coming to Nar since they opened to recreational consumers summer of 24. It has been a really awesome experience to see how they have grown and changed their operation to fit the needs of their consumer base. My stamp of approval comes from my first experience as a walk-in. Everyone was kind and although it was busy, everything was orderly. It was only after getting all the way home that I realized I had been double charged for one of the products I bought. I'm not one to make a fuss over what was most likely a simple mistake, so I forgot about it. Fast forward a few weeks, and one of the next times I'm in, I was thoroughly surprised to be refunded the extra cash I was charged. I didn't even bring it up! My interaction with bud-tender Meagan today was a perfect example of the friendly and non-judgmental service provided by Nar. Thank you! – paul bunyan

I’m someone that likes to go in and get the opinions and expertise of the employees before making decisions on my purchase, and Terry was amazing! He was funny, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Also a super cool person to chat with! I could tell he was passionate about the product and it made me want to try it and I ended up loving it! The dispensary itself also has the best overall staff and variety of product in Columbus in my opinion. I like that the employees guide you without pushing you towards a specific owner brand or product unlike other local dispensaries. – Taylor F

I followed through with the purchase out of necessity and extenuating circumstances. Bringing my husband with me to the dispensary as I felt uncomfortable. This was the first and LAST time this entity will get a dime of my money. I placed two orders, one medical and one adult use because I was purchasing more than 4 days of product and I only had 4 days left. After my orders were submitted, I received an email indicating that if I wanted to change my order to non medical that I should call them. The phone was unfortunately answered by Gene who may be one of the rudest humans I’ve spoken to in 47 years of living. After a bad experience at another dispensary yesterday, I wanted to confirm that everything was accurate with the medical order, days, discounts and the adult use order, product, discount before actually driving there. Again, the message they sent me said to call them and you would have thought I was screaming at Gene based on how he responded to my statements and questions. Never again. The industry has a bad rep in Ohio because of employees like Gene. – April Heimberger
