Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dispensary… the ladies at the front seat were amazing shout out to them, but the budtender ruined the whole experience. I felt rushed, he/she never explained anything and seemed annoyed, it just seemed like they didn’t want to be there or want me there either. Will never return. At least the flower was good. – Lia S

Preorders and checkout take forever, despite how empty the store may be. Know that the "pickup time" window you choose online is almost certainly irrelavant: they have NEVER had my order prepared in the chosen window, even when I choose a time that's several hours away. The man at the front was curt and impolite for no reason, and then came to the back to demandingly micromanage where I was standing in a non-existent line (where the other lady present jokingly compared him to the Soup Nazi). I have only ever frequented this location thinking it would save time and be more convenient than any of the other superior dispos in town, but have yet to be proven correct. – Richard Ortiz

Terrasana really needs to rethink the “three line” system at the dispensary. Having separate lines for pre-order, medical, and recreational might sound organized on paper, but in reality it creates confusion and tension in the store. I’ve seen more arguments break out because of this setup than anything else. People are constantly trying to figure out which line they’re supposed to be in. For example, what happens if someone is a medical patient who already placed a pre-order? Do they stand in the medical line or the pre-order line? Different employees seem to give different answers, and customers end up frustrated with each other. The problem is that multiple lines make it unclear who arrived first. People start thinking someone is cutting in front of them, even when they’re not. That’s when disagreements start. It turns a simple pickup into a stressful experience. A much better system would be one continuous line. Everyone lines up in the order they arrive, and the staff can direct each person to the appropriate counter when it’s their turn. That removes the confusion, keeps things fair, and would probably prevent a lot of the unnecessary arguments happening in the store. Terrasana has good products, but the current line system makes the whole experience feel chaotic. A single organized line would be a simple fix that would make things much smoother for both customers and employees. – Madison Johnson

Terrible. One is better off going to any other dispensary. I find most of the workers smug. Seems like they like living the culture, having side conversations and enforcing exaggerated policies like refusing service for cosmetically cracked IDs than actually working. It's always something here. Keep my reward points. Never going back. – Brandon C.
