Went to the Livingston Ave location twice, both times they "forgot" to include the specials running at the time. Twice!! The second time I was asked to wait till they could rectify the situation. I patiently waited for nearly 30 mins just to be told to dispute the card transaction instead of being issued the difference in cash. I feel like they didn't want to deal with it. Both employees acted like they didn't care. There are too many dispensaries in the area to be treated like this. I sent an email detailing what happened and never heard anything back. Unless they refund the money I'm owed, I'll never return. If you go to this location make sure you're getting the appropriate amount off reflecting what's on special. – Roger Lewis
Hayley was absolutely wonderful and helped me get exactly what was I was looking for. Got within my budget with pennys to give back. It was spot on! They were wonderful. And also very stylish and super friendly. – stephanie connor
This is easily my favorite dispensary around the Columbus area. The daily deals are very nice. Additionally, the staff are great. Everyone is friendly, talkative, and helpful. I have a physical disability and one of the staff noticed and helped me out in small ways such as helping open a door that I was struggling with. It made my day and goes to show how caring and respectful the employees are. Also the product itself is great too. I have not bought a single thing I was displeased with. – Zachary Redden
Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a dispensary… the ladies at the front seat were amazing shout out to them, but the budtender ruined the whole experience. I felt rushed, he/she never explained anything and seemed annoyed, it just seemed like they didn’t want to be there or want me there either. Will never return. At least the flower was good. – Lia S
Products are good quality except the gummies are terrible and never accurate or consistent dose. Way over priced. The employees instructing you to park in the fire lane 🤔 that's dumb and illegal – Craig Watkins
