Sadly this place gets zero stars. They say they are open until 9 p.m however the actual time is 8:45 p.m. No other dispensary in Ohio does that, they actually care about their customers & want to help their patients. Not this place, they lock the doors early each night. I got there once well before 8:45 & they still wouldn't serve me. If you want terrible customer service and to waste your money go here. Otherwise try a dispensary that doesn't try to scam their customers. Some good ones are nar, botanist (less than 7 minute drive from them with great customer service), bloom, saphyre, verdant. Don’t waste your time Rude snobs. The person at the door was rude. I asked the young lady a question that she had a snarky remark. I told her to give me my driver’s license and left. I would not give my money to rude people ever. – Thick Cut Ohio (The mobile Steak House)
