Trulieve Westerville Dispensary

This is my second time here and both times I've came in, I've had the best experience. The workers here are so patient, informative, and kind. I've had a lady help me today and she answered a couple questions I had while I was looking at the menu (which she didn't mind waiting, because I was a bit indecisive), she was direct and helpful. On top of her great service, she was lovely to talk to. I love it here and I am going to continue coming back here. – Cherry BonBonx (Max Killien)

I really love coming to this place. I live on the east side and work up north and prefer trulieve over the dispensary by me. The employees have always been very friendly and super knowledgeable about all the product they carry. Mallory took care of me today and was very kind and pleasant. My ONLY set back is that I really wish they had a way to move people who have orders that are already ready for pickup through faster. I got a text that my order was ready for pickup before I even reached the store and still had to wait about 45 minutes after I checked in. I totally understand that it was a Friday afternoon and everyone got paid today so we are all just trying to get our bags. But it was kinda painful knowing my stuff was sitting back there ready and waiting and I just had to sit there and wait. I over heard two employees discuss that their policy was first come first serve. But maybe it could be a little more efficient to just send back the people who already have orders ready and waiting for pickup. But other than that I love this place and will continue to keep coming back. – Kailyn Wehn

Very clean and the staff was helpful as I walked in, the first time registration was quick and easy. Once they let me into the back I was helped by CAROLINE, she is very acknowledable and sweet. Definitely my place while I'm visiting. – Rolando Gonzalez

I want to give a 5 start review but i can't. I understand that medical customers come before recreational customers and there's no issue with that. But when you have medical customers and they don't know what they want and recreational customers that don't know what they what and you mix in only having 2 cashiers, people with pickup orders ready to go get stuck waiting 20 -30 mins. Maybe open up 2 more registers off to the side so people that don't know what they want aren't holding up the line for other's that already have a pickup order ready to go. – Ø

I just wanted to say that Heather is amazing! She’s helps me pick out quality items to try and I’m never disappointed! She’s definitely brings a kind and bright vibe to the plac. I always leave with great products and a smile! – Ethan Jefferson
