Horrible place and service. Asked for 2 grams of Marijuana and was forced to purchase 3.5 worth. Old white man with extremely long beard is very disrespectful and the state of ohio do not know how to properly dispense Marijuana at the moment. At this place specifically they are very, very inexperienced with not only the company but how they handle customers. Do not support this dispensary. Good guys, they've always treated me very well. The product is like anywhere else, some great some not. I do not go as much as I used to due to the fact that I had enough points that I was saving to atleast get a zip, and showed up one day to see that technical issues caused their points system to wipe out, I was disappointed because I was saving those points with purpose, what you gonna do I guess? We as customers had no way of showing proof ourselves, as much as I like those guys there, that rubbed me the wrong way a bit, showed up one day to cash out my points for a zip, and ended up having to empty my wallet for one instead. They didnt do it on purpose or anything, not deviant dudes. To be frank, I am a medical cannibas patient, and can get zips for $100 at dispos all day, as well as other "better quality for the price" options, so that has been what has been short stopping me from going there most times. I'm not saying that I will never go back, just seems out the way anymore, and thats hard to say because I've been a customer for years, and always stood up for them, not that they needed it or asked me too, I just simply used to like the place better than I do now. So there is no animosity, they have always treated me very well, I never felt unwelcomed. With their products, they will tell you like it is, they wont bs you, because they want you to get what works for you. – Joseph Webb
I go to this place all the time as it's the best dispensary in West Columbus. This guy also owns the one on Parsons and the one on East main Street. Mondays and Tuesdays they have a really good sale. The top tier weed is fire. The bottom tier weed is probably the worst bottom tier weed in the city. Also they close hella early like 8:00. – Golden Ape Society
Bottom line they suck. literally!!! For the best deals on real exotic and or premium products go to Michigan. I don't recommend anyone to shop at get wright lounge. They sell you gas station THCA at exotic prices SMH. Don't believe me read the labels the next time you shop with them 💯 – Danielle Grogg
