Got a great discount but that may have been a promotion on July 4. Parking in the parking lot is tricky. You can only access it from Prospect as the 'back' side is chained off. I'm a medical patient and they reserved spots for patients. Check-in was odd for an Ohio dispensary. I was told that they didn't need my medical card at check-in, they only needed it at checkout. This is identical to the recreational dispensaries in Michigan. Ohio doesn't have recreational, never has. There was medical and then dual-certified medical/adult-use. Some would say it's semantics or splitting hairs, but it's Ohio. Ohio uses specific terms for specific reasons. "Recreational" implies free-use for those under 21 as well as over. Went there for the first time the other day and wow! What great customer service! The manager Leo was so helpful and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the product and really went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident with my purchases. They also have onsite parking which is super convenient! First time at Rise Cleveland today and man was I impressed! I’ve been to other dispos in the area and to Xichigan, but this was the best experience I’ve ever had. Kam was so chill, kind, and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions, let me know about specials, and great conversation. Gonna make this location my primary dispo bc of this visit.
