Erin was amazing from start to finish! I came in. she quickly checked me in and helped me out with my purchase. She introduced me to the manager on duty Chris as he was also very chill and laid back . The screens on the sales floor very clearly show all the sales going on while I waited so it was easy to take advantage once it was my turn. Erin and Chris also helped me recommend some Beneleaves RSO capsules to another patient and the patient purchased them. I look forward to shopping here again!! thanks Erin – Tena Johnson

This place is a good place to buy stuff .😉 Pros: 1. The customer service is exceptional! (99% of the staff are really friendly.) 2. I’ve never had any problems on my orders. 3. The Medical Mondays 30% off helps out tremendously! 4. Parking is NEVER a problem. (Lakewood) 5. The pre-order and Medical lines are great for people that can’t stand long or just have other factors that they need to get in and out. (I get it) 6. The store is always clean inside and out. 7. The prices are really competitive vs. the competitors. (This will improve as more vendors join the community.) 8. The bathrooms are always clean. That’s amazing in itself! 9. The staff is incredibly cool, and when it comes to changing orders on the fly, they are really cool. 10. There’s an on-site ATM for those who didn’t bring enough cash like me, only to use it and get scolded by the ole wife about atm fees!!!! Totally worth it lol! Cons: 1. Turning left across Brook Park Road can be dangerous for SOME people, as the curb lane doesn’t always provide enough visibility. They don’t see you! I’ve personally picked up usable auto parts from wrecks there. 2. The mobile app has some issues, but I know it’s a work in progress after speaking with Amelia. . It’ll be better soon, I’m sure. However, I suggest removing the “FIND YOUR STRAIN” banner or whatever it’s reads because it drives app users crazy. 3. Lastly, a drive-through would be cool and I say that only because sometimes I have my dog. That’s it for the cons. Overall, I’d say this place great! I now have more options in my area, and some are slightly closer. However, to be honest, I go to STORY 90% of the time when I’m shopping and buying because of the awesome staff and atmosphere. It’s a rare experience to find happy and helpful workers, and it makes a big difference in my shopping for something happy.😉 Thank you for serving our area. *****This is an unbiased review from a live human being. Great job from the gang down at story!! First time shopping at this a store and I was welcomed with a smile by the front of house employee and security staff too. Everything went extremely smoothly and did not disappoint at all. They have a cash machine(ATM) to withdraw from due to the company not doing card transactions on site, but cash is king/queen!! From entrance to exit I was treated like a friend, not just another transaction. They went above and beyond, they helped me pick out a couple decent products, had some light chit chat while he processed my order and he had me on my way within 5mins tops. I didn’t feel rushed, I wasn’t just another sale to them and as I was leaving, every single worker in there said goodbye to me and wished me a great night. TOP TIER SERVICE!!! Thank you for reminding me that there are still great companies out there that view their customers/clients/co-workers as equals. You’ve gained a customer today!!!
