Bud tenders are super friendly. However the leadership team decided to pull a bait and switch on points leading into the 2026 new year. No vapes, puff co, or any items worth getting with points although tenders promised these items would be in stock. Hoping for better out of the cannabis community. – Korey Smerk

I usually don’t write reviews but geez I love this place! I’ve been coming here for the past 4 months but definitely would be better without rude attitudes! It’s a very professional dispensary but there’s been multiple times I encounter 2 very rude women I went in it today and was greeted by one of them with a big attitude and long face, but knitting! If she loves knitting and not doing her job she should stick to that! – Nathan g

Stopped in during a girls weekend in Cleveland. Very easy to navigate and Lucas was the cutest! He was so friendly and helpful. This will be the go to spot when we’re in town. – Kristin Mulpas

Idk what changed but fix it! They used to have nice furniture.. did it get repo’d?! The store is an unorganized mess filed with fake succulent plants and styrofoam peaches scattered about everywhere? The cashier just mumbles, the music is aweful… what made this store go far downhill in the weeks since I’ve been here last? Crazy – J G
