Former 1 star review. Decided to give this place another shot after they reached out, seems like the new general manager here has really turned things around!! I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by a friendly staff, and large well priced selection. My new go to dispensary in Lakewood! – John Cassity

This review section is wild. First and foremost, you can view the menu online. Therefore the prices are online. It's 2025. Don't go in there, act like they forced you to buy stuff, and then complain. Look at the menu. Also, this place doesn't control the prices. The way our market is set up is not the same way michigan is set up. Typical Ohio. But it's not their fault. Look for deals at these places. I know I could drive 2 hours to Michigan and back and pay half as much…but today I walked out with a half for $85 after tax. The place is .5 miles from my apartment. How can I be mad? It's fire, too. 30% thc. I just think this comment section is giving this place unfair reviews. No one forces you to spend your money. No one is ripping you off. It's not their fault the system here in Ohio is rigged. Also we pay 18% tax which really is the icing on the cake. Anyways, I'm rambling…but the staff has always been cool. Peace! – Dan Duranski

Buyer beware! I bought two way overpriced items. One was a tincture. I opened the box ant tried twisting the top off of the glass bottle. The bottle broke in half cutting my hand. I took it in to get an exchange. GM came out to offer me $5 off my next purchase. Could not replace the product. Stating Ohio regulations only allow returns or exchanges for one of three reasons. One being defective item. The bottle was defective enough to shatter in my hands. I've had it with Ohio dispensaries. – Vinnie Morana

I’ve been coming here a few months now and I really like it. I’ve been to several other dispensaries in the Cleveland area and I really like this one. I think all dispensaries in Ohio are high now, regardless of which one you go to. I think it’s just a matter of it being legal longer and the pricing should be better. Everyone say’s Michigan, I’ve never been, but I can tell you there prices are lower because it’s been legal a lot longer there for recreation. Give Ohio a chance to have it legal for a bit and open more dispensaries. Anyways, this is the most convenient dispensary for me. Everyone is really nice here and they always speak, even if they are not the dealing with me directly that day. I am always looking for new things to try and learning what is best for what. So I am always asking opinions from the employees and recommendations. Everyone here seems knowledgeable about the products and knows just what I might need. Excellent customer service and a great selection! I would name some employees, but I’m horrible with names. Honestly, everyone I’ve dealt with has been amazing though! – Chris M

Atmosphere is almost….like a hospital lobby. Super odd. You can’t see anything you’re buying. Youre just directed right to a big screen. VERY high prices. I won’t go to rise (for reasons us locals probably know)….but damn I don’t want to go here either. Also my 2.83 wasn’t quite 2.83 either. I weighed it on my scale when I took it out of the bag and they shorted me. Saw other reviews saying the same. I did enjoy the pen I got, but it was cheaper at another local dispensary (same one). Basically just very high priced, impersonal and cold vibe. Not saying they have bad products!!!! But you can get the same products for cheaper at dispos in the area. I know the owner will respond and try to say none of this is true or whatever….but you know lol. – Korra Zula
