Everyone who works there is super nice. They have a large selection of products. The guy who checked us out was Michael F who was very helpful in my chocolate decision. Just starting coming here and have enjoyed it until today. When I made my online order and arrived I went to hit the ATM. The counter guy said “we take card now so no need”. I never get more than I need so my final price is almost never more than 20$. Today my total was 18$ and some change but when my card declined I was confused until he said my total was 28$! I was confused and asked how much would it be if I just pulled out cash for the ATM and took the $3.50 charge from that and he said $18 and change. So I decided to pull out cash like I originally planned instead of being scammed out of an extra 10$. I will not be returning to a business who feels the need to do that for cards. Places like Ascend downtown have been accepting cards for awhile and I’ve never been charged an extra 10$ for it! – Cameron Melendez
They have good pricing but just no workers/urgency in their work style. You’ll end up being there for 45 minutes if you go often. An example of under hiring to maximize profits.
