Just keep driving to Michigan. Selling short bags. They don't care. Literally stealing from people! You've been warned! Customer service was subpar. The whole visit could've been better with another bud tender. Blindly purchasing from anywhere like this seems quite deceitful, whether that's Ohio laws or not. Horrible customer service. I asked a simple question just to get clarification on the birthday pricing. I assumed you got 50% off the online price even if it was on sale. It was a legit question. They got a manager and he was worse and very sarcastic. Then another gentleman at the counter started laughing. I definitely will not be back. Other places like Ascend are a way better vibe. Edit….A week later and no response to that email. You sure did respond to Google quick. I guess whatever looks good huh. – laura bray
