I don't often leave reviews on dispos, but you know what? It's Christmas eve, 3 pm. Everything in me tells me that if I was at work, I would really have a great day (it's Christmas eve of course!) but I definitely by 3 pm would be ready to just get the day over with and go on about my business. So, I want to say, from the moment I stepped in the door, I felt super welcomed. It was more of a personal experience. In particular, Jamie and Ashley (hopefully I got the names correct…) were dressed so beautifully for starters. The Christmas spirit was not missed with Jamie, and the other ladies dress was the cutest! But, besides their wardrobe selections making my day much better, they went the extra mile to truly keep me happy. To put it short basically the deal that I wanted timed out as I was getting it. Yet Jamie went back and personally made sure that I could still take part in the deal because I was there and making the order. I feel like a lot of places will and have just, kind of been like "oh well sorry about your luck". But, they actually honored it. I did not feel rushed or judged or anything like that. The place is clean it's not loud and chaotic, the staff all seem like they actually want to be at work. And then to top it all off Merry Christmas to me I got some pretty super sweet deals too! This place hands down is the best dispensary in the city. The prices are low, The inventory is large, The ladies up front were extremely helpful and my new favorite people check them out I dare u, I double dare u – Tony K
First time visiting and I gotta say, it’s such a cute addition to Northside! The whole reason chose to stop by was for a good deal with an online order but because of my misunderstanding of my specific caregiver status, I couldn’t complete pickup for a patient. Again, totally MY issue, not theirs. If I did though, I most likely would have been in and out within 5-10 minutes which is super quick. Online ordering is usually a standard for the industry at this point, but if you aren’t into it they do have two kiosks available to put your order in that way. Prices are so far on par or better than what I’ve seen others have on a rotating basis. I would recommend checking back often if one particular sale isn’t what you’re looking for. Parking is incredibly convenient (paid lot next to building/open street spots), and staff were extremely nice and knowledgeable. It’s very refreshing seeing people excited to help others by sharing their knowledge and recommendations. Compared to another dispensary I’ve been to, Therapy Cannabis feels much more welcoming and less “gated”. Obviously security is needed for all dispensaries, but it doesn’t have to feel hostile or oppressive. This place embodies a clean, cozy, chill vibe concept. The only thing I would say could use some improvement is the acoustics are a little overstimulating. With only 6 people plus background music while I was there, it can potentially be too much for some who are sensitive to sounds. By adding some sound dampening items like tiles or curtains you could boost overall comfort for customers and staff while still adding to the ambiance.
