Guys, the answer isn't events. That's just costing you all more money and isn't going to draw any more people in. There's so much I could suggest but it probably would be ignored. You're losing clientele because of your lack of choices. Outside of your own brand, you barely carry anybody else. People like choices. I don't want to see you guys go out like Weedy's did. High Profile is already cheaper than you on most things and that's what people are looking for. Especially these days when everything is so expensive. They have $1 prerolls. $2.50 for infused. $9 eighths. 2 for $50 ounces, $2 gummies. Looking at Bowz website, their prices are going to be cheaper too and they have better choices. The events alone aren't going to be enough to win the crowd over. I mean the fact that you don't carry Hyman, Penninsula Gardens, Frosted Farms, Michigander Fire, Hytek, Lowtek, 710 Labs, Stiiizy, Mitten Extracts (outside of gummies), Cali-Blaze or any of the really big Michigan brands isn't helping. This is still my favorite place to go for high quality, top-down cannabis. The music is great, but not loud. Just… audible and enjoyable. The staff is attentive and knowledgeable. My favorite thing is that they keep customers 1 to 1 with budtenders so there's never a crowd on the sales floor waiting in lines. As such, there's no background noise to compete with, which makes talking easier. I also never feel overwhelmed with options, which might sound like a lack of options, but it isn't. If I tell the budtender I want a sativa at this price point, I'm not shown all 8 strains that are that price, I'm only shown the 2 that are sativa. I like that. It shows that they listen to the customer and don't try to push things that weren't discussed or asked about. Oh, and this Death Star sugar is phenomenal. 10/10. – Ryan Fitzpatrick
First time dipensary purchase at Green Labs on 5/7/26 for my husband and I. Pipes was our budtender and she seemed knowlegable about the edibles we asked about. First timers get a free gift if it's mentioned and we chose one of the options she pointed to. We weren't sure what the pricing was, and didn't get a receipt, (my bad, I should have asked for one) but after we got home and I looked at the prices online, unless it's more than 16% tax, I think we were charged for the free gift. Other than that, Pipes was friendly, professional and made us at feel at ease. We wanted something for sleep and pain and the products she recommended didn't dissapoint. – Sherra C
I have been coming here since just after the opening… great place and great quality strains especially Mr. Clean and the staff is exceptional! However with that being said the whole pre-tax pricing thing is a giant turn off… one of the things that drew me here was the pricing and how easy it was to get on the website and know how much cash you needed to bring and made things simple that other dispensaries werent doing… hope it gets worked out but other than that pretty solid place! – Jon Marksch
