Even though there was some issues with getting me the payment form via text or email when I called everyone was so nice and apologetic and even called me back when they saw I hadn't been able to sumbit it yet. The Dr called right on time and made it a quick and comfortable process and even when I submitted my new patient form they called right away to let me know technically I was renewing and it would be cheaper and faster. Overall great customer service and even with some initial tech issues super fast and easy. – Chelsea Albrecht

My visit was quick and easy. The doctor was aware of my Dx, and helped by sharing useful information to help me get the most out of my medicine and the best possible outcomes using evidence based medicine. As someone who is science minded, I appreciate this. – Danni Helsel

I had an appointment yesterday that I scheduled the day before. I received a premonition on day of my appointment for $25 off. I called and a very rude associate told me he didn’t think that I could not have the discount. I asked if I canceled my appointment and rescheduled if I would get the discount . He replied no I’ll lose the whole $100 if I did that. I asked if he knew that I couldn’t have this discount or if he was guessing. He hung up after this. Later during my interview the Dr. told me that she would contact someone about my bill and I didn’t get a response. The first time I used this service for a renewal they mistakenly charged me for a new evaluation,not a renewal,and never corrected it. First mistake,shame on me. Second mistake shame on them. Taking advantage of patients on disability is no way of running a medical establishment. I strongly recommend people find another service who cares about their patients, I will. – dave olsen

No matter the time of day the people here answer the phones happy & ready to help in any way. Seriously great program for folks with anxiety or issues cause they will handle it all & make sure you’re set . Great staff with communication which made the whole process when scheduling my appointment. After I got there they were very friendly with a check in process and I was seen by the doctor at my schedule time. Doctor was very understanding and knowledgeable, Will be coming here again for my renewal!! – Michael Martin
