My first time in to this beautiful location was today. My real name is Ashley (putting that so Carson might see.) And Carson was the incredible sales rep that cashed me out. Every one of the staff was polite and friendly. All were willing to talk with me for a few moments and take time from their day. I appreciated this experience. Nice job Carson, and nice job culture! Won't be coming back , have been about a dozen times , where I know I'm recognized when I come in. The 3rd party service dutchie will not be accepted by my bank. And I have small children and need curbside . So. I had to walk in with my child to make you guys aware of my situation, I had a pickup order and was greeted with rudeness and no solutions, (hilairious) I said a I had a pre order and yall acted like your hands were tied in a 2 minute ordeal.looked at me like what ,I'm just going to leave ? I made it aware I needed it brought out to me no one said sorry even though I've been a repeat customer . Over the smallest thing imaginable. The rudeness when you have no sign that says no children on premises, I WASNT PLANNING ON BRINGING MY KID IN THERE. DUTCHIE DOESNT WORK AND YALL DEMONIZED ME AT THE FRONT DOOR. Had a pickup order. Absolutely did not need to fuss with me . Haha, yeah , won't be back . – Lia
