I’ve been going to AYR in riverside for almost a year now. The past 3 visits have been absolutely frustrating to no end. Each and every time I place an order, it’s been a pre-order which has never been an issue whatsoever until these past 3 visits. 1st issue, is that pre-ordering serves absolutely no purpose whatsoever. They do not pull it from inventory for you to come pick up, they only go to grab it for you when you show up which I was told is “company policy”. Well that’s interesting because since the first visit I pre-ordered the previous day because there was a guaranteed 24 hr hold on your order. No longer a thing. 2nd issue, is I called this morning to confirm my order since the last 3 visits they’ve been out of inventory every time I show up to the store, which they confirmed they had, 2 hrs later I show up and wouldn’t you know it, they didn’t have it. 3rd issue is I was told to buy a medical card to avoid it happening again. No thanks, I’ll take my mo ey and my business elsewhere from now on. You’ve lost a very very loyal customer – andrew click
