I was pleased to return to the store and had a wonderful experience with the level of great customer service I was used to. First let me say that I shop exclusively with this store for my CBD tinctures needed for chronic pain management. I am usually extremely happy with the service I receive. On most all visits I am welcomed into the store and treated by knowledgeable and courteous staff. Except on my last visit on the afternoon of 07/31/25. The gentleman working the store was very rude, unwelcoming, contrite, and hostile towards me. He refused to show me items in the store and even went as far as refusing to answer simple questions about products state “…why do you need to know that?” I was so upset by this hostility that I will have to switch to an online company because I drive 10 miles out of my way to support local businesses but not anymore for this. – Alana Stockard
