Have your ID ready. There is a security guard at the door. You put your ID in the window tray and have a seat. They will call you up to get your ID then you will go through the door that they unlock for you and then through another door. You can ask questions, order, or pick up here. The bud tender will help with all of that. They are very nice people here. I have never had a bad experience. Bring cash if you don't want to pay what would be equivalent to an ATM fee. I mostly make online orders and go pick it up. I do this to see all the deals and so I don't have to ask a lot of questions (introvert) about pricing. The parking lot is small so be a little prepared for that. But I guess this keeps your wait time down because they can't for a lot of people at once. – Amber Easom

Great security horrible management whoever the probably 30 yr old manager with a Titleist hat has no business managing anything, I drove from Des Moines Iowa detoured 45 minutes out of my way on my road trip to stop by this place because I’ve heard great things, I showed up 8:47, where they have ZERO advertising saying no walk ins only pickups after 8:45, I would’ve put in a pickup if they advertised properly. All he had to say was sorry man I’m overwhelmed. If I take ur order I won’t be out by 9, cry me a river and go be an employee then… – Brayden Callahan
