Zen Leaf Dayton (Riverside)

I've been going since shortly after they opened and was always happy to go and see all the great people that worked there… they knew my name and were extremely efficient. Lately everything has gone downhill- -The old staff left en mass due to poor morale and being overworked -The website is constantly down -The lines are slow -The product selection is hit or miss In summary, the local business feel has been replaced with corporate culture…. I no longer feel the need to travel out of my way to go there because I can find the exact same mediocrity at many local places. Its what happens when poor management meets a good business. – eric worthen

I love this place. Reasonable wait times, good selection, and the staff is wonderful. Their staff know me by name and are the reason I've been coming back for several years. It would be a 5 star review if the website worked better, it's often down. I cannot even get it to load at the moment. – Jacob Hill

Im currently in line and have over heard an interview being given by a woman with black hair and glasses, as a customer waiting in line I absolutely didn't need to hear about how she feels this management team at the location was a dictatorship and there's just a lot of young people with out experience. She was saying this all to the man she was interviewing. I drive 45 minutes to this location and will not be back. That is so unprofessional and I loved coming here. – Ashlie

This place sucks. Slowest service imaginable. Stood in line for over 30 minutes and just left. The cashiers move slow and are too high to do their jobs in an efficient manner. Had one teller with two full lines go on break. If I could give it zero stars I would. Avoid this place and just go down the street to ayr. Its way faster. – Mark South
