Zen Leaf Dayton (Riverside)

Been here plenty of times, but this last time was awesome. Brought the wrong amount of money and David the bud tender covered $3 for me. Didn't have to do that, but it showed how committed he was to helping a customer. Give that man a raise and a promotion! ZEN Leaf is the perfect name for this place, because you will most definitely find your Zen after a visit. (Pun absolutely intended!😂) The GM is extremely knowledgeable & friendly, and whenever they get busy, she will be the first one to jump in and help get things caught up. (And speaking from someone who’s prior military, that says so much about her leadership skills & capabilities, not to mention it says a lot about her character as a person. I would gladly have her as my battle buddy any day of the week that ends in “Y,” let’s just say that.💯) Speaking of military, I also appreciate that they give a discount to service members and veterans. Not all places do, so it’s greatly appreciated. I also love that they are open Monday through Sunday until 9pm, & they are the ONLY place in Dayton that is. Just saying…🤷‍♀️ – Alexandra B

For almost 10 years I have been going here. I won't shop any where else. They have always been knowledgable, friendly and helpful. You get to know the staff like a friendly neighbor. They were the first dispensory in Riverside and remains the best. Product and prices are always the best. – Lea Duncan

The help was awesome.They're very friendly and the prices are absolutely great.They just need more product and be able to get gummies.For recreational it's getting there But Michigan is way better.They got it together Plus you could see the product but ohio Is way stricter Just wish you could buy more than 1 oz. At 1 time had to go through the line quite a few times to get what I wanted. I'm an older person. And don't like to get out too often. So I like to get what I need and have it Ohio. Take a long time to get where all the other states are. That's a shame but like I said, the product is very good. – Sharon Long

UPDATE: zero customer service to the point the they have a 3rd party customer service company( who are the ones who respond on google under the guise of zen leaf). Don’t stand behind their products or take care of customers. Absolute garbage management. I think I made my last purchase at zen leaf today. I’ve been a customer there for a while and have recently received two bad products. I usually buy them two at a time so by the time I open the second one it’s past the 3 day return policy. I know what the return policy is but with this issue happening twice in two weeks I asked about a return or credit. I was told no. So thats about 80 bucks in bad product this month. This is not how you treat returning customers. I sadly will not be returning as I value my hard earned money( retired veteran) – Brandon Krumrine
