I called to get a appointment together and I had spoke to them previously everything was good . When I called this last time I was explaining something to the receptionist and a few questions and it was if I was asking to many questions. That how I felt she was rude as if she was tired of talking to me sort snappy like I was wasting her time. I definitely explained that to her she got mad and hung up on me . I know people have bad days but if your at work please understand your job is to answer any questions asked and geting customers the best customer service when answering the phone! – Ashley Miko

Called on Wednesday, filled out the paperwork and sent it in, had appointment on Thursday, and two hours later I had my card. Extremely fast turnaround! Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice, knowledgeable and cared about me as a person. I highly recommend using their services. My only regret is that I wish that I had done this much sooner! – Cindie
Staff are really on top of it, professional, friendly, and quick to respond. I got all the information I needed quickly and the whole process of registering for an appointment, filling out a questionnaire, doing a virtual appointment, talking through the recommendation (dosage, strain, etc.) was really easy. I got it all done in less than a day and probably dedicated less than an hour of hands on interaction. Two things that sketched me out were having to pay for the appointment upfront on the phone (but you get a full refund if you don't get a recommendation) and the incentive to leave a positive review (they sent me a chance to win free renewal and the link directs to the review page) I am sure there are cheaper ways to get your medical card but this is a great option if you don't have insurance, don't have a primary care physician, or your doctor would not be on board with this treatment. – Anna S
I had a pleasant experience when I called to renew my medical marijuana license. The lady I spoke with was pleasant and very helpful with the process. I received a call from the doctor within about 5 minutes and that was over in less than 10 minutes. I was very pleased with how quickly it all went.
