I'm a regular and have never, ever had any issues. They are very knowledgeable, go above and beyond and have great customer service. Rachel helped me today. She assisted me with my accumulated reward points that I didn't know what to do with. Then, I walked out with a brand new (50mm!) grinder – for free! Another time, they gave me a tip for sourcing a less expensive med card. You need to shop here. 10 stars if possible! – Roger
