Love this place. Was the first dispensary i ever went to, and i dont stray for a multitude of reasons. The prices are lower than any competition, no doubt. The staff is phenomenal. Today, I shared about a loss im currently grieving through, with the woman at the counter who was retrieving my order, and she went out of her way to talk to me and comfort me with kind words, and it really meant a lot. Placed an online pick up order. Staff was great. Do have 1 complaint though. Bought a device from there that won't even hold a charge for a whole day. Very disappointed in that. – Jeremy Phillips
everytime I place an online order they are slow to assist me, they always go in the back and talk to other workers or do all the walkins first and have me wait the entire time. I spend over 20 minutes waiting, horrible service – tia
I gotta say I am genuinely disappointed with this store. I went to this place three times and purchased recreational cannabis (pre-roll and vapes), each product was extremely impotent. I seriously am questioning what I inhaled because it's like the THC content was just a flavor overlay rather then actual product. They need to review the brands they are selling because this is appalling. I don't want to go back there again. – Noodle
Nice, but not my favorite stark county dispensary. Long(er) wait times than other locations, budtenders routinely seemingly without relevant experience to my needs, nor do they care, not the nicest place to "wait" for service in town considering their average clientele you're left rubbing elbows with in waiting area. Obviously pushing outdated/near expiring goods. Parking lot had a huge divot upon entering on an incline last I was there and was always crowded, lucky to find a decent spot, let alone budtender. – David Archer
