Love this place. Was the first dispensary i ever went to, and i dont stray for a multitude of reasons. The prices are lower than any competition, no doubt. The staff is phenomenal. Today, I shared about a loss im currently grieving through, with the woman at the counter who was retrieving my order, and she went out of her way to talk to me and comfort me with kind words, and it really meant a lot. I do not recommend ordering ahead of time. A) You wait for a really, really long time and B) there's no guarantee that the price will be the same as what your order says. If you order on a Sunday night, and you get an item that is on sale, they do not honor that same price when you pick it up on Monday. I had an order go from $31 to $48.50 (for 2.5g of prerolls!!) b/c they didn't honor the sale price, so I didn't have enough cash on me, so I had to use my card which then resulted in a $3.50 service fee. I won't be going back, b/c I don't want that to ever happen again. – Danette Stone
Liked em until they charge a different price then what I ordered online. Website said one thing, dude at counter said another. Website AND order confirmation said $87.40 WITH the tax. I get up to counter and I get charged $108.50 total. Good stuff – Christine Winters
Placed an online pick up order. Staff was great. Do have 1 complaint though. Bought a device from there that won't even hold a charge for a whole day. Very disappointed in that. – Jeremy Phillips
everytime I place an online order they are slow to assist me, they always go in the back and talk to other workers or do all the walkins first and have me wait the entire time. I spend over 20 minutes waiting, horrible service – tia
