Super clean. But, being a 62 year old first timer, the young lady that helped me was amazing. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind. Best experience that I could have hoped for. – Stephen jones

Extremely disappointing experience. First, they appear to have some kind of cell phone signal jammer because my phone completely lost service the moment I walked in. On top of that, they don’t allow anyone to accompany you unless that person is also making a purchase, which makes no sense if you’re there together. The prices are ridiculously high compared to other dispensaries in the area, but the worst part was the customer service. As a first-time customer, I had several questions and was hoping for some guidance. Instead, the employee in the sales room was rude, impatient, and acted like answering basic questions was an inconvenience. He made no effort to explain products or help me understand my options. If you’re new and looking for a welcoming environment, this is definitely not the place. Overpriced products, poor customer service, and an unfriendly atmosphere made this one of the worst dispensary experiences I’ve had. – Shokhjakhon Nosirov

Is place feels like your walking on egg shells. Very intimidating, got an armed agent on duty and cameras watching your every move so they can kick you out if you break a rule. Makes you feel like your trying to buy coke or heroin.Never will go back to that chrome garbage can that calls its self a dispensary. Been to others around area and Girard is the most laid back , most comfortable place to get your weed, very friendly staff thats helpful 👌. – Double G

Go to struthers dispensary. This place has delta force wantabe as security. Lol..dude your security calm down.goofy.. buds had mold, over priced. They will give you trim ,then blame you for there mistake and not return.. terrible place. Just read the reviews..IV never had a good experience. Struthers is so much easier,better, prices better..the security guy is such a clown here, he literally thinks he is special forces. Bro you are a security guard . You couldn't cut it at a cop ,army. I've had nothing but wonderful experience with the staff every time. They are kind and helpful and move the process along at a good pace. I really like the diversity of the menu and quality of the product provided. Being able to purchase certain devices for consuming at retail value is a nice addition for people that dont want to make an extra stop at another possibly sketchy smoke shop on the way home. – Shawn Leach
