pretty easy experience & cool staff! ordered online & payed in person. you seem to check in at a desk & when they’re ready for you, you get to go into the product area to either shop or pay. they allow card transactions with a $3.50 fee but it’s clearly stated on their website & he let me know as i was paying so it’s not like a hidden fee or anything. got a .5gram blueberry cheesecake disposable pen for the week i’m spending in ohio, hits easy & didnt need charged or anything. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – M!LΛ
Love love love this dispensary. I think it's the best dispensary we have in the area! I’ve consistently had great experiences at this dispensary. I never have a long wait, and the entire staff is amazing. The guys up front who check you in are always friendly, and everyone in the back at the registers is kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care about their customers. This place sets the standard for great service. I also think they have the best prices and best/most consistent stock/product. 💜 – Kara Marie
This spot is so much better than the Youngstown branch. Great service from the minute I parked. Easy parking, pleasant greetings when I walked in the door, nice selection, great help in the back, and pleasant all the way to leaving with the 1 way traffic in the parking lot. I do love the store and the wokers there that I have dealt with are great but whoever does the product ordering there should know that klutch is one of the store’s biggest sellers but run out so fast and it takes a month for them to get more. and then in a day or two most of the klutch but the pods are gone again. I wish whoever the person in charge of doing inventory and ordering would double the order if they are running out so fast and for to long. One of my number one products would never run out or never for a long period of time. – Cook 525
