Absolutely the worst cannabis buying experience ever! The staff were nice and friendly but the purchase process and comedy involved with placing an order, going into a waiting room, then into the showroom to purchase. Bring cash or be charged a $3.50 “atm fee” and then get back the change in cash. What a joke Ohio! – Tom Tom
Always have what I'm looking for, staff is just always so nice and willing to talk to me about the products and explain things. They never rush me, and I'm definitely 100% of the time pleased with the product. I've never been given a hard time, and the other customers are pretty much usually chill and will talk to you about the products too, as we're all there for the same reasons. I would not recommend this establishment. I visited the store looking for a product to help manage my dog’s pain, a product that was specifically recommended by my veterinarian. Unfortunately, the employee I interacted with was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than providing assistance or asking questions in a respectful manner, she insinuated that I was attempting to poison my dog?!? This accusation was both inappropriate and offensive. Prior to visiting this location, I had contacted and visited several other dispensaries. While they did not have the exact product I was seeking, every employee understood what I was asking for and treated me with courtesy and professionalism. Customer service should be based on respect, not assumptions. If you are looking for knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly service, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. – Melody Jacques
