Super nice place, they’ve got a big selection and screens to make it easy to check everything out. Prices are fair and it’s convenient they have an ATM inside. The employee I talked to (Hannah) was helpful. Flower is pretty and does its job. I’d come back for sure. – BeccaBlair

Let me show up last second for my online order, they very polite and friendly. No one seemed irritated or rushed me. High volume store but quick in and out and less of a medical feel. I'm actually at the pot shop again, it's nice. Staff knows their products, and there is a loyalty point program where you can earn money towards accessories. I am a frequent customer at this store until today when I was treated by an employee like I stole something after I already paid for it, had it stapled into the bag, and the employee Cinnamon cut herself on the staple. She asked a co-worker to put my stuff in a new bag that I had already paid for and instead of the young man looking at the receipt that Cinnamon and I had checked off he decided to act like he was checking me out basically! I told him that I had already paid for all of it and that I would like for him to put it in the bag and hand it to me! He told me that he still wanted to go over it for his own assurance, why would that be?! It's obviously in the bag with a staple on it for a reason! It's because I paid for it! Never will I go here again! I noticed a lot of new employees because the older employees are gone, but I thought maybe I was just tripping but now I'm starting to understand why! Since you didn't decide to teach that young man manners you lost a loyal customer for good! Story is three more miles down the road! I absolutely refuse to be treated that way When it comes to anyone! What happened to actual customer service training?! That young man obviously didn't have any! You don't treat people that way especially when there is a receipt right there and all of the stuff was in one bag and all you had to do was remove it and put it in another bag!
