Eric was very nice and helpful. I did place an online pickup order, but while waiting to be served and for my order to be filled, I asked about a different item and he was very helpful. I love this place, the workers, and their products. I don’t go to any other place. Also, I love that they have frequent sales. Edit: whoever hiring the workers are very good at choosing great people to hire. I was in a situation of accidentally locking my keys in my car (thanks, ADHD) and the guy and lady at the front desk were great at doing everything they could to help me. Jason was terrific taking my order, and Christopher was exceptional, because he answered questions I had about the products and he really explained it well to me. I just wish you had seating in the waiting area that was closer to the cashiers. I'm disabled and can barely walk with a cane and that is quite a distance for me in addition to having great difficulty standing up from a chair. Brandon at the front desk was very great with customer service and very friendly. Helped me with my job application. And Brett in the back was very amazing with his knowledge and customer service too. Recommended a weed candy that is like my favorite candy, which is jolly ranchers. Brett was very patient with me too which helped me calm down (social anxiety) And all the other staff is very friendly and not afraid to strike convo with you!
