Brandon at the front desk was very great with customer service and very friendly. Helped me with my job application. And Brett in the back was very amazing with his knowledge and customer service too. Recommended a weed candy that is like my favorite candy, which is jolly ranchers. Brett was very patient with me too which helped me calm down (social anxiety) And all the other staff is very friendly and not afraid to strike convo with you! Very much Recommend coming here to get items or just to strike convo with the staff! Both are very amazing! Keep up the amazing work! – Little Tomato

Kind of a weird experience. The front was great. Easy going check in. Had a few people come in behind me had to wait for them to check in before he would take us to the back. Now we get in the back. Myself being the first one in the lobby. First one checking in. First one in the back. I should have been served before the other two people that arrived after I did. But I was served last. Seemed like the other two had a slightly larger purchase and may have been regular customers. With this interaction I'll never be returning to nirvana. Customers should always be first come first serve. Sometimes that's understandable that it needs to be adjusted because maybe the first person has a way larger order than the others but that was far from the case here. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! Went online and pre ordered, got a text saying that it was ready. Went there 10 minutes after i received text and order was NOT ready. 6 people behind me ordered when they got there and received their orders before me. Didn't have time to wait around so I left and came back half hr later. The person who walked in behind me was served first. I was then told that my order had been lost but they could try and find it again if I stuck around. McDonald's has better service than this place. Don't waste your time or money on their overpriced products or their terrible service. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! – Eddie Nagel

This place is a rip off. I went in there, told them i wanted concentrate. Like actual dabs. I ended up spending 40 dollars on 1.9 grams of "infused " flower. And it was shake to!!! This place is a joke. Id rather buy weed off the black market. Unfortunately I didnt realize how bad I got ripped off until I drove back home 40 minutes away. This place is a joke. – Fig Bat

This is my absolute favorite dispensary in Ohio. They are always so nice to me and my pick up orders always go so smoothly. It takes me less than five minutes to get in and out when I pick up. Their online inventory is also pretty dang accurate compared to other dispensaries in the area (which is greatly appreciated when you live half an hour away). The employees are beyond sweet and I always leave in a good mood. Thank you guys for working so hard and for being so kind to your customers! – Desiree Bonet
