Casey made my first visit absolutely amazing. Very nice staff (front desk girl (cant remember name im so sorry) is very quick and knows the sales) and very clean, open environment without feeling too doctors office-y. Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone. Visited again, as always everyone was nice. Tia and Dean helped me out and was amazing. Stopped in today and spoke with Zach, he is a beautiful soul and super knowledgable, got me super set up and as always very happy with my visit. I had a great experience at Monroe – The Landing Dispensary! My budtender, John, was incredibly patient and answered all of my questions — and I had a lot. He took the time to explain everything in a way I truly understood without ever making me feel rushed, which I really appreciated. It was my first time visiting The Landing, and I immediately felt welcomed. The dispensary was very clean and inviting. John also showed me how to order online for pickup, which made the whole experience even easier. The products I purchased were high quality — I’ve enjoyed both the Sativa flower and the Hybrid/leaning-Indica vape so far. I will definitely be a returning client. Ripping off Customers… They offer a Rewards Program but after thousands of points, nothing to use points on. CEO doesn't care about the Team and certainly doesn't care about Customers. Same sentiment goes into their products. Buyer Beware. Go to Ethos (better prices, selection and a real rewards program) or ShangriLa (great Customer care). – Robert Goeree
