I accidentally ordered the wrong products and didn’t catch my mistake until I went to checkout. Edwin helped me select the products I had intended to get in the first place. AND he saved me some money on these recommendations. He wasn’t annoyed that I was taking up more time. He didn’t rush me. Quality from start to finish. Super nice guy. Knows his shit. Just for the simple fact that they were working on a holiday when liter All the other stores were closed tells the story of what they are trying to convey as a culture. You could think this is greed, but as I listened to the staff talk about “what to do if” scenarios, I was blown away. It’s as though the employees were a part of the decision to work so people in need wouldn’t need to do without. Of course the bud tenders were knowledgeable and attentive, they always are but here’s the kicker, they spoke from the heart and genuinely cared about their customers, their products and how the two would interact with each other.
