The staff here is exceptionally warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Especially Shelby! She was patient and kind with everyone with whom she interacted with, including myself. I like the bud tenders and it's convenient being in Mansfield BUT their card reader never works and the line is ridiculously long. I've had to wait over an Hr to just pick up an online order that was ready. In addition, there is never any parking spots open. They need a separate line just for online pickups or a drive- thru. I've went to other dispensaries several times just because the line was so long. – Sarah Ann Borders

I'm not one to usually leave a review, but when I receive exceptionally good service I think it deserves a mention. The staff I spoke to were amazing. The only reason it's not a 5 star review is there wasnt very many cheap products for someone with limited income. Other than that this place is amazing – Dallas Arnold
