Beyond Hello

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Beyond Hello in Mansfield, Ohio, and I can confidently say that my experience was exceptional, largely due to the amazing staff members, Rachael and Wynett. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with genuine respect and warmth. As a veteran, I truly appreciated their thoughtful acknowledgment and gratitude for my service, which made me feel valued and welcomed. Never thought I'd see the day where rec marijuana would be legal in Ohio, but the people have spoken and voted. What a wonderful dispensary. The employees are very helpful, polite, professional, and humorous. The cost isn't bad, but they need to match Michigan's prices, and they would get so much more business. Me and my girlfriend are from Georgia up visiting family stopped here for our first time in a dispensary and gotta say it's an amazing welcoming environment our cashier Jay was a great help. Friendly staff clean store awesome environment. Definitely going back before I go home. – Aurua Brock

Overall the experience wasn’t bad. They’ve only been open for less than a week so I was trying to give them some grace but it was a very long wait I will say. Especially because I have a med card it took extra long, they also don’t have a lot of deals. I’ll come here in a pinch if needed but I think that will be it. Crap return policy. Just wanted to exchange a pod due to the fact that it was the wrong one for my battery. 100% my fault…but I have spent 3000$+ there and they refused to help at all. No return. No exchange. No customer service. And their prices are through the roof. Go to Michigan, you'll get 10x more. And they have better customer service. Luna pier. Green labs. Your welcome. – Kiv Blue
