This is my first time here. When you walk in the place is really chill. I was greeted by Jeff when I came in. He throughly explained the products to me and made it an enjoyable experience. Always like to support local businesses. I’ll definitely be back and hopefully for the yoga! – Youniverse
I’m giving two stars because my first visit back in 2023 was amazing. This one a few weekends ago? Not so much. It’s all down to who you get helping you. I came in on a weekend to an empty shop with over half an hour til closing time. I was confused if the older blonde woman on the couch in the front was a friend or a customer. Nope. Someone who worked there. I didn’t catch her name she didn’t give me one, just a “Do you need help?” That’s it. I told her I did because I have autoimmune diseases and needed some pain relief with something maybe 1:1 for indica and cbd. She point blank looked at me and said “they’re all the same. You get high and you get hungry. I don’t know why some of the girls say different. It’s the same shit.” She told me to “come back when the owner or one of the ‘young girls’ were in” bagged me some samples that were barely labeled and sent me off. Thanks for the samples. I have purchased from this store about 3 times. Each time I have had an AMAZING experience. Jeff, who I have had the pleasure of meeting with has been so knowledgeable, kind, patient, and caring. He listened to me explain my needs and what exactly I was looking for within CBD products, took what I said after listening closely and presented to me many options that all met my needs. He was very thorough, made sure I was comfortable with my options and helped me every step of the way. Everything I purchased from this store has greatly improved my symptoms that I was having that caused me to seek CBD products. I am very happy to be writing this review and hope that someone else seeking relief from their symptoms like me reads this and knows that there is hope for relief!
