Staff are friendly and helpful, they always answer any questions I have. Liz takes care of me most of the times I visit and does a great job. Recently did get some cartridges that happened to leak, and they encouraged me to give them the details and keep my receipt and packaging for next time so I might be able to get a refund or replacement for them. That said, I've never had a bad experience here beyond the occasional leaky cart, so I plan to continue visiting. – Jarod

She even gave me a T-shirt along with my purchase, which completely made my day since I never usually get free things. The products are great quality, and the whole visit felt worth the trip.
