Staff is friendly and welcoming as you walk in the door. Sometimes there are small lines but that's usually at the end of the night when there are end on night specials. Everyone at counter is helpful and informative. Love this place. Great deals when you sign up for Charter Membership, no cost just great sales. Definitely will be back. They have items I've bot seen before which makes it a fun shopping trip. – Leslie Lutz

I had such a great experience here a few weeks ago. The woman who helped me out (I knew her name started with an N — I am assuming Nat based off of the other reviews here). She was GREAT!! Alexander and the tall skinny blonde chick were extremely helpful and very patient. Aero pay was not working for some reason and there Apple Pay also was not working 🤔 went well above and beyond my expectations for the sale. The vibe is always chill and welcoming, and the whole team is amazing — knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help without any pressure. I think the most important thing about Ivy Hall is the atmosphere, you walk in and people have a positive attitude. This most recent time I went Nat helped me out. She was fantastic. 10/10 The prices here are competitive and they have a whole arsenal of ways to save money. My favorite is the punch card they have.
