This was my first time at Prairie. I work in the industry so I am a bit picky about my flower. Julian B. helped me out, he did not mind grabbing two items for me to ask about and look at before making a decision. He was patient and did not seem bothered by my questions regarding first time and industry employee discounts. Julian also explained the loyalty program briefly to me.
