Robin is nothing short of outstanding. She is a gem, and her customer service should be studied and replicated. From the moment I arrived at her station, she was both warm and welcoming to me. She explained my order to me, and asked if I had any questions or concerns. She explained how the current Stash Card promotion worked, and also the coupon that appears at the bottom of my receipt. Having visited numerous dispensaries, I can say the quality remains consistently good, and they offer a variety of obscure items you typically wouldn't find elsewhere. However, customer service could be improved. The setup resembles an Apple Store — minimal product display but with efficient service. They require ordering via machine before pickup, unlike my direct approach at the counter. Despite that, the staff was helpful, especially with recommending gummies. I'm grateful we have places like Sunnyside so I don't need to get my medicine off the black market and buy who knows what kind of medicine it actually is. It's a quick process and easy to order and get what you need. I ordered online but had the pleasure of speaking with one of the experts, Cody. I need my medicine because I get anxious when I'm outside of my house and Cody made me feel at ease. I felt so at comfortable I didn't feel weird asking questions I should know the answers to after being a toker most of my life. He is very knowledgeable about the products and gave me good advice in helping decipher what would be best for me.
