I went to ascend on horizon drive. The man recommended I spend more money to get a 5 cent preroll. I went ahead with it and the preroll was really good. If he hadn't told me about it I wouldn't have known, I appreciate him telling me about it. 5 out of 5 stars for him. – Vincent Izzard
Unfortunately I have such luck with downtown, but the Horizon location has a few rude employees that I honestly dread dealing with. The guy in question always has his name tag swapped around so I cannot see it but he wears a cap and on about 5 seperate occasions has been very rude to me. He does not show you your order as he checks it off, and typically will not offer any of the add ons. When asked about them, he acts as if it is the last thing he wants to do. The other employee that is consistrntly rude and not inviting,typically sits at the front, and she has long hair and glasses. I hate to make a review, but it has been several times. So it wasnt just a bad day. Their customer service needs some work. – Autumn Owens

Recently got the rhythm Keef infused Pineapple Express pre roll. Had to massage the paper and loosen it up a bit but it smoked pretty well. It was fun smoking a legendary strain and brought out the silly in me for the evening lol – Brian Schueler
