Hi everyone, this is a 63 year old grandmother I would love to tell you my experience with MCOS. The lady Lorie was so wonderful to help me though all the paperwork, and talked to me about the Doctor’s. The Doctor was so caring about all my medical conditions, she asked everything about my very bad pain and other conditions. I went in skeptical that I could be helped, nick was courteous and made me feel welcomed. Dr. Avalos was amazing, he took the time to listen to and address my concerns, making me feel heard and he provided a strategy to target my specific needs as a patient. I was seen by a doctor to up my allotment due to running out. The reception person who answered the phone assured me the doctor was able to do the increase. She quickly took my payment. The doctor called and she said she couldn't up my allotment that she would have to do another certification first. I waited a week I called the office several times and left several messages. I can't get a answer. I have called the medical marijuana office in Illinois they said I now have two certifications and they sent me paperwork to do the allotment increase. I am now out $250.00 and have two certifications. My experience was awful. Having a doctor is suppose to help the person with disabilities not rip you off!!!! Again no one will answer the phone for me I have screenshots of all my calls. – R R

The wait time was long, but well worth the end result. Very helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor was very kind, compassionate and took time to explain how medical cannabis works on different ailments. – Melinda
