I have been shopping at maribis since it opened on north grand. I love th environment, the workers and the facility, but in recent months there could be some improvements. The product selection to the average Joe is great. Though, the lack of craft grow selections drives me to other businesses. The rewards system has been changed for the worse not once but twice now. As a medical patient I shouldn’t have to feel as though I need to go to a recreational dispensary to get the products I want and need. Long story short get some more craft companies. I love the people that work here and this used to be my favorite dispensary, but their prices have went up so much that I can’t afford to shop here anymore. The owners are just price gouging. All the other dispensaries in town are selling the same thing for half the price. – Angela Edwards

Been going here for a year but sadly we are now very disappointed in this place. They had a pretty great rewards program at the start but gradually reduced the payoffs recently. Now they are changing the rewards program completely and told customers that they had till November 15th to cash out their points. We went in today and were told the rewards points were erased on the 7th. They took our rewards points away a full week before they said we would. They also got our order wrong the last two times. Additionally, we have not been able to login to our account for 5 months to place an online order. We asked for help every week from June to November and were only told that they were working on it. We emailed them for help as well but got no response. Sad – Jeremy Schweigert

I was just in picking up a mobile order and used the ATM. I thought I had been shorted $20 by the ATM and asked Josh at the counter about it. He was extremely helpful and worked with me to figure the situation out, definitely went the extra mile to help me out. It turned out I didn’t realize I had left a bill in the machine and it was still there! All of my experiences at this location have been positive with all staff interactions being professional and super helpful! Thanks for being awesome guys! – Erica Thieman
