I visited Verilife tonight and I had the pleasure of working with Patrick. He was very knowledgeable about the products and answered any questions I had. There was also a deal going on that when he rang it up, he caught it right away that it didn’t ring up properly. He tried to fix it and when he wasn’t able to, he asked for the manager to help. As always, i had a very nice time a few days ago and i left very happy. Maddie helped me out this time ! We always have great talks when at the register. Ren, Ralph, Quin, and Claire were there as well,, everyone here is very good at balancing natural conversations with efficiency. I’ve never waited too long and i’ve never had a bad time. The staff here are very down to earth and easygoing. Each time i visit, i leave very happy due to the nice conversations I have with everyone there. The environment is extremely welcoming and out of all the times i’ve been there, i have always had a great experience. Kate helped me during this visit and she was super fun to talk to. We immediately connected and it was very nice to have yet another great conversation at the counter while effortlessly checking out. I didn’t get the man’s name, but i was given a suggestion for a strain i was previously apprehensive about and it truly helped me branch out! Everybody there is very kind and well informed.
