Service is mid. I've been here a handful of times and the vibe is always low energy and off … some workers are great and others are eh. I typically buy pre rolls here and about 4 of 10 visits I receive a faulty joint that is packed incorrectly or falling apart , i understand on thc you can't refund or exchange so I just count my losses on that but its happen enough here for me to not prioritize this place as a customer . My last visit today though I was given pre rolls that are expired , they were harvested over a year ago and even have a use by date on them that has passed. They tasted pretty shitty and it was enough to decide not to come back to this location. – Billee Hare

Horrible Move Starbuds… The news I got yesterday of Mike's termination when we came into Starbuds yesterday has left me utterly heartbroken and profoundly disappointed. It's difficult to articulate the depth of this loss, not just for me and my wife, but I'm certain for countless other customers who relied on his unparalleled expertise. Mike wasn't just a "budtender"; he was an educator, a guide, and a trusted resource. His knowledge of cannabis was truly exceptional, and he always took the time to patiently and thoroughly explain everything, ensuring my wife and I felt informed and comfortable with our choices. His presence alone made every visit a genuinely positive and enriching experience. To walk in yesterday and discover he's no longer there felt like a punch to the gut. The usual staff may be adequate, but Mike was in a league of his own, and his absence leaves a void that simply cannot be filled by anyone else. I implore you to reconsider this decision and rehire Mike. His value to your establishment, and to your customers, is immeasurable. Losing an employee of his caliber is a tremendous disservice to everyone who walks through your doors. Please, bring Mike back. – William Harris

I had a great experience at Starbuds in Riverside! The whole team was amazing super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Natalie in particular made my visit even better. Starbuds Riverside location is a very friendly dispensary, very knowledgeable, and they get you in and out with no problems, very quick customer service… Also if you have any pets, they have great CBD products that are pet friendly that will help with calming your pet with loud noises and or fireworks/ if you have to leave ur pet for awhile or they get nervous n scared taking them in the car, also they have something for pain and or hip and joint problems/ and they also have something for good gut health n digestion and a better looking coat… I suggest you all go check them out you won't be disappointed, I'll be going back for sure and will most likely be going to this spot for years to come! My new go to spot for all my cannabis supplies, and doesn't hurt that it's only like 5min from my crib… Go Check Em Out!! These guys are in my top 5 for best dispensaries in Chicago… – Kevin Mills
