Luke was essential in getting me the discounts, very nice customer service. Unfortunately i got home and my oz from high supply was only 21gs, missing a whole quad. Never happened to me before, i always weight when i get home. They couldn't really help much besides sending me on a quest to email around and basically resolve an issue created by quality control on their end. Anyway, Luke was a g, the store not so much. – Plamen

Was trying to match up something which you no longer carried. Jacob made a point of going back-and-forth looking to make sure that even though it was a different brand, everything else matched up.
