First time here. We arrived not sure of what we wanted. Bry was quick to notice and to help us out. She was knowledgeable, and very friendly. Decided, checked out and left! Great experience. – Lisa Blum
Great place and great prices! I love how the store decorates for the holidays, makes it feel homey. Last time I went in Jim helped me pick the best products for my needs and definitely improved my altitude! Will definitely be returning and referring this place to friends. – MJ Rodriguez
I don’t review places normally, unless the experience was spectacular. This was my second visiting this dispensary. I can sometimes take my time to place an order, why well I am a pretty avid smoker and spend roughly 2k no less a month (not trying to brag just better capture that this isn’t just smoking time.) I’m buying premium products every time. I’m not really knock this guys customer service, he just simply acted like he was there for the job but I did appreciate how patient he was With me while I made my decisions. I ended up going with two very solid Pre-rolls and a can of “keef root beer” Which is 100mg a can it was $16. I was happy with my choices, now here’s where things get interesting. I’m not 10 feet from the door go to readjust my things and the can falls for my hands, explodes up at me and it was basically empty after exploding over. Since I’m standing right by the door, I go right back inside Soaking wet and I’m explaining what happened. They immediately goes to get their manager. (Whose name I don’t remember, unfortunately) And explained exactly what happened And he proceeds to tell me that he has to call his manager to see if anything can happen…. Ok? Meanwhile, I’m soaking there standing and waiting looking like an idiot, after 10 minutes, he comes out and says “ Well, because you opened the can on our grounds and aren’t supposed to we can’t do anything” And I said “I Wasn’t drinking it It fell and blew up at me!”. And he says it was his misunderstanding, and he will call his boss once again. Now I’m getting annoyed because I’ve been standing here In my sticky wet clothes and he ends up taking literally 20 minutes to come back and tell me “ The best We can offer you because you didn’t take a bag is 50% off” So I waited Around 40 minutes for eight bucks and for a manager to not once but twice blame me for this incident. Now I am someone who is worked in customer service for many years. This was the first time I could honestly Twice being made to feel responsible for an accident. I would’ve been just fine They told me nothing could be done and just said I can buy another one, but Why I was so frustrated is why it took over a half an hour to figure out the best thing done is half Off a product “ Because it’s the customers fault.” I tried my best to not show my frustration because they tried to continually stay. This is the best they could do. As my friend is a GM at a dispensary In Michigan, Unless Michigan has outlandishly different promo laws, then I guarantee there was more that could have Been done. Or just send me on my way and lose someone who is an extremely high paying customer. Next Time this place should better be prepared for such things to occur and not keep awaiting 30-40 minutes Just send them on their way if that’s all You can offer without a half an hour phone call. I have nothing negative to say about the Product, but the upper hands who run this place need to think wiser how they treat customers in incidents and have those answers prepared. The wait and the blaming me for their minimal reimbursement was what I had an extreme problem with. – Dana Jacquart
I was officially greeted once I got passed security by some of the most professional, and awesome people. They took time to break down personal experiences with a couple different strains, answered all of my questions without me feeling rushed oit the door. This is something I really appreciate as I like to get the best bang for my buck. Come here to get your meds. At this place you will find a great deal, and a warm welcome. – Vance B
