Despite them always pronouncing my name wrong whenever I visit, it's the genuine smile and the warm welcome that keeps me coming! EVERYONE there is amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and always cheerful and I never have any issues asking questions because they never make me feel like I'm asking stoopid questions. When I can't remember my words, they're patient with me and are sympathetic about my condition, so I never feel like I'm holding anyone up from helping someone else while I struggle with my memory for the right words or remember what I'm saying.
