Back to you with another dope dispensary! I’m still new to Chicago, so exploring neighborhoods is my favorite pass time. I’ve had my eye on Bucktown recently, as I can see myself living there or opening a business. Friends of mine gave me coupons for Village but didn’t make it down before they expired. However, I went out for a stroll yesterday and decided to grab some bud (can never have too much). I loved my whole experience from walking in to walking out. Something about it felt accepting and easy. I always pay attention to how I’m greeted, the display set ups, the music, the customer service and the transaction process when it comes to dispo’s. 10’s across the board for me!!!! 🏆🏆🏆 Shoutout to Melanie and Natiana for helping me out and making it fun ✨ I will happily drive from Evanston to come see them! – Jassmin Brown

Consistently excellent service and a fantastic product variety. Always a smooth, welcoming experience here! – D Rodgers

Great dispensary. Comparable selection and discounts to most places generally. Clean store and friendly staff. Parking lot is huge and there’s almost never a single other person in line so it’s my personal favorite place for the parking and time convenience alone. Im in and out with a mobile pre-order in 3 minutes or less every time. – Greg Kulis

In and out but with care! Was very thoughtful. I spent over $60. I was about to leave and was asked did I receive a punch card. I said no and received one. Now, I'll make it a priority to get my card punched next time! THANKS! Great experience! – Conan Townsend

I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for quite a while, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. Unfortunately, the customer service has gone downhill in a big way. On multiple recent visits, the atmosphere has felt tense and unwelcoming. Staff members come across as irritated or dismissive, as if customers are inconveniencing them by asking basic questions. I understand everyone has off days, but when it becomes a pattern, it’s hard to ignore. What’s most frustrating is the hostility in the tone and body language — eye-rolling, short answers, and zero effort to provide guidance or recommendations. As someone who has supported this business consistently, I expected at least a baseline level of professionalism and courtesy. There are plenty of options out there, and customer experience matters. I truly hope management takes a closer look at the culture in the store because longtime customers like myself shouldn’t feel uncomfortable walking in the door. – rpb4553
