Bud & Rita's Avondale Dispensary

I was really new to going into a dispensary. I soke with a friendly young lady and she explained what would be a good purchase for my needs. I purchased this product ( 4 actually ) . She was spot on that several days later I went back and made another purchase. Very friendly and knowledgeable. – Judy Carlson

My first time i came in the store I meet Kenny and he was a huge help with everything. He got me set up with an account and helping me out with products and descriptions to buy. Kenny is a great worker! Then on top of it at a second time that I came in there Kenny help me out again. He Did an amazing job. Great employee. – Sabina B

Racial profiling!!! Yesterday I visited bud rita it’s in nice store in my neighborhood! We often come to get the edible and treats. Yesterday experience was welcoming when we arrived said it was okay to take pictures and look around. Once we arrived to the register to check out our total was $95 & was told we had a a lot of good choices. We were also excited we received a discount & $5 off our purchase. As we were checking out a lady behind the register that wasn’t even helping us came and yelled no photos! We were confused because before entering we were told it was okay to record. I explained to the cashier that we were told it was okay to record a she responded back very rude “YES YOU CAN BUT DONT RECORD ME!” It was really awkward because the camera was not even pointing to her. It was in a whole other direction. Also, it was very rude and weird to us because she wasn’t even the person that was helping us behind the counter. She was watching us from across the room! We believe it was more of a racial profiling! Sad to say she ruined the experience and so sad because everyone else in the store was so nice so welcoming , but it’s always one SOUR APPLE IN THE BATCH! – Jade Webb

I’ve been a customer for years now and I always have a good experience. Today, however, I experienced outstanding service. Kenny went above and beyond during my visit. Kenny was incredibly patient, took the time to teach me how to use the app, and made sure I understood everything without rushing me. Their knowledge and kindness made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Truly excellent customer service! This location is definitely the best in the city. – Dora
