Personally I don’t like to leave review’s in general, especially a negative review. But this was my first encounter with a budtender where I left extremely upset. People should only leave a dispensary with a positive experience. Brandon was the budtender who helped me with my $151.50 purchase. He was the most condescending individual I have ever encountered. And yet I still wished him a good weekend and gave him a $2 tip for being an ass. I’m pretty sure this was the last time I would frequent Curaleaf in Glendale. – Tamalynne Ochoa

Got some less than desirable product from here last night. I noticed and was super bummed out. Ive never taken a product back to a dispensary before today. When I went in I was greeted by Shawn who was smiling and friendly, he helped me contact a manager immediately while helping the other guests check in. Trenton and Ryan were the two gentlemen helping me with this today and they are what makes the industry dope. Ive been on both sides of the counter in a dispensary as the buyer and seller and its never easy dealing with issues but these guys killed it. They just listened and said I understand and helped out. They even recommended some higher quality flower that im going to enjoy. These guys are super cool and ill be coming back everytime I need something. I also wanted to mention that consistently my interactions with the whole crew at this location are great. – Brennon Wilson
Kayla’s customer service was amazing!!! Came in today waited in line saw someone who came after me get called up before me so I was a bit irritated. But that went away quick once Kayla’s energy rubbed off on me. Great experience and left very happy!! Kayla your energy is contagious!! – Tre Bush
