Story Cannabis Dispensary Grand Glendale

🚩Concerned about the lack of safety standards at this dispensary.🚨 As a regular customer, I know that every adult is normally required to check in with a valid ID before entering the building. However, during my recent visit on Saturday, 5/24/2026 at approximately 6:45 PM, I witnessed a child under 18 years old being allowed inside the facility without proper enforcement of the rules. When I brought this concern to the manager’s attention, she stated that they “cannot stop” customers from bringing children inside. She also failed to provide any clear explanation regarding Arizona laws or dispensary safety regulations involving minors. Arizona cannabis laws clearly state that dispensaries are intended for adults age 21 and older, and dispensaries are required to verify identification before allowing entry. Multiple Arizona legal resources also state that minors are not permitted inside dispensaries except in very limited medical situations involving registered patients and caregivers. This situation is unacceptable. Marijuana and CBD dispensaries are supposed to follow strict legal and safety standards, especially when it comes to protecting minors. Allowing children inside the facility while ignoring proper check-in procedures raises serious concerns about compliance and public safety. I believe the appropriate Arizona authorities should investigate this unusual activity and verify whether this dispensary is following all state laws and regulations regarding minors in cannabis establishments. Customers deserve a safe, professional, and legally compliant environment. In addition, I will be submitting an official complaint letter to the Arizona Department of Health Services requesting a review of this dispensary’s license and compliance procedures. – Gabicha C

Stuff happens but just something to watch for. Ordered online, paid and when I got home it was totally different percentage wise but its still great 👍 Was supposed to be 29 not 24. Normally I love this place but this is ridiculous. I asked about betting added to reward program was told I was. Then yesterday I found out I wasnt because I went to the story on bell and they asked me if I wanted to sign up. So this place will never sign you up for rewards and they lie to your face. I live right by this one I will take the extra drive to go up to the one on bell and 67th ave. The one on bell and 67th are way friendlier and very helpful and fast. – Erica Wise
