Trulieve Maricopa Dispensary

As a first time customer I was disappointed. They did not sign me up for the points program so when I went in the second time they had to re register me. Then all of the staff in the back are very rude and not too friendly. They have a whole bunch of elderly in there and they are not that tech savvy so working their system is hard and time consuming. This place makes the whole weed buying experience an actual nightmare. When trying to correct the staff the lady just gets an attitude even though she is clearly in the wrong. The second time I went in she looked me right in my face and told me I’m not registered, she didn’t include an apology or anything. And this was after waiting 30 minutes in the store when it was only 4 people ahead of me. Honestly I would not waste time purchasing from here. I’d rather take the drive into Chandler or Tempe. You get better quality weed and the people are actually pleasant.you know this place is bad when people rather go to the smoke shop and buy the-a just to not have to deal with the hassle and rudeness of the people at the dispensary. They need proper customer service training and they also need better training on their computers. There no way any of them should be completely illiterate when it comes to their software. – Javonna

PICK UP YOUR PHONE WHAT'S THE POINT OF HAVING ONE. OR SET SOMETHING UP ON YOUR WEBSITE SO YOU CAN CHAT WITH PEOPLE AT THE STORE. JUST KEEPS GOING DOWNHILL So I don't know what happened to my other review but last time I went they were a little bit better. I mean they have decent deals. I just wish the bartenders all of them knew a lot more about the strains. Besides that, you also need to get your phone number fixed. You've been open for a while now and you cannot call the store. It's a Google account which for such a big organization should not happen. I should be able to call just like I can call all the other places to ask some questions before I drive down. That's just a small thing. I'll still keep going back. It's in Maricopa. Hopefully the bartenders get better and more knowledgeable but the products are decent. The prices are decent. I'm a medical patient and I frequently this place about every two weeks minimum. They have great discounts for almost every brand running all days of the week. I typically purchase flower and I find their selection to be fantastic! They've got stuff in every price range, and some of their top shelf is SIGNIFICANTLY discounted depending on the day you're there! ✨ 🚨 If you have the absolute pleasure of having Jessica as your budtender, you're in GREAT HANDS!! She absolutely never misses with her suggestions, and she's the first to let me know of any new flower that's come in and whether or not she likes it based on personal experience. That's the type of budtender I'm looking for!!! Every suggestion she's given has just been hit after hit after hit. She literally never misses with her suggestions. Employees aren’t very knowledgeable on promotions. Made my purchase and realized I got the wrong/bad “deal” went right back in and asked for a manger to figure it out and get it fixed. I waited 15-20mins for said manager and never had one come up to assist me. I didn’t have the time to wait any longer than I did. Please hire more knowledgeable employees asap and stop being skimpy on hours because our town is too big to only have 2 employees working the counter. – Amber Burch

Went on 04/20 for the first time. I’m comparing them the Sticky Saguaro. Ordering from their site was fairly easy. Prices were fair. I expectedly to have a bunch of freebies like I’m used to at the other place. This place game me only order. I was let down but I assume every shop runs differently, to each of their own. I went late around 9pm. There was like a 30 second wait. It was straight and to the point. I wish this place was on Leafly. Overall this play is okay. I think I’d treat it as a second option though. – Nye Guy
