The staff is always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable — they take the time to help you find exactly what you’re looking for without making you feel rushed or overwhelmed. The service here is top-notch every time I come in. Whether you’re a regular or a first-timer, they treat everyone with respect and care. I also appreciate the clean, welcoming atmosphere and the way they keep things organized. Their selection of bud is great — always fresh, high quality, and with a solid variety of strains and products to choose from. You can tell they care about what they put on their shelves. Amazing experience each time I go! No matter who is taking your order, they are all nice people that are wanting you to leave happily with what you purchase. If at any point during your visit here and you don't know what you should purchase, always ask them and see what they think of it. It seems it’s hit or miss here with service so if you want a 50/50 gamble on customer service take your chances elsewhere. Prices are about the same as other dispensaries. Although, I highly recommend you find a different brand name other than their local 209 Pacific brand. – Branden Mora
